Every time I read the Bible I discover that some versus do have a strong appeal. At least to me. Herewith a growing list, containing one verse out of each of the Bible books. For some Bible books it appeared to be to hard to choose only one verse, so I allowed myself to smuggle a bit 😉
Genesis “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” (1:1, American King James Version)
Joshua ” Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous?
